Overview
By downloading, purchasing, or using any digital assets, customized platforms, or product templates provided by PCDUE (including but not limited to MYBOT, MYQR, and MYVOICE), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organizational entity, you confirm that you possess the full legal authority to bind that organization.
License & permitted use
One purchased license grants your organization the right to deploy the specific PCDUE product or digital platform within one single active end project (personal or commercial). You are fully permitted to modify the product styling to fit your unique brand identity, export relevant software assets, and publish your finished operational system or website.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, lease, or share the underlying source code of any PCDUE products with third parties, nor may you claim original authorship of the technology. You strictly agree not to use the Product or its code architecture to build competing software templates, platform themes, or white-label applications intended for public download or resale.
Payments, updates & support
All customized software assets and product platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PCDUE works diligently under a continuous process of proactive system design and infrastructure protection; however, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from software usage. PCDUE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our systems constitutes your explicit acceptance of those modifications.
