Do you use WordPress?
No. We write the site in code: it opens faster, it has no plugins to keep updated and it offers far fewer points of attack. It is the same way the site you are looking at is built.
Will the site be found on Google?
We build it ready for Google and for AI search engines: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap and language versions linked together. Ranking also depends on content and competition, though: nobody serious can guarantee first place. With Plus maintenance we check the SEO every month and fix the errors Google reports.
Can you rebuild the site we already have?
Yes. The content that works is kept, the rest is rebuilt and the old addresses are linked to the new ones, so you do not lose what Google already knows about your site.
In how many languages?
In the ones you need. Each language has its own pages and addresses, linked together so that Google shows each visitor the right version.
How soon is the website live?

What does the AI bot included with the site do?
It answers your visitors’ questions at any hour, using the content of your site and the documents you give us. It is included in all three websites: 60 messages a month, and it learns from 8 pages and 2 documents, such as a price list or a brochure. If the messages are not enough, or you need features such as lead capture and bookings, you move to a paid plan.
What does the FAQ page in Complete include?
We write the frequently asked questions for your site ourselves, starting from the ones your customers ask most often: we gather them with you, write them clearly and publish them on a dedicated page. They are prepared so that Google and AI search engines understand them, and the AI bot uses them to answer your visitors.
How does maintenance work?
Every site comes with its own maintenance, with a choice of two plans. Basic, €19 a month + VAT: a daily check that the site is online, up-to-date security, backups, small text and photo changes within 1 working day and an updated AI bot. Plus, €29 a month + VAT: everything in Basic, plus SEO looked after every month and speed and accessibility measurements. It is paid once a year, in advance: €228 + VAT for Basic, €348 + VAT for Plus.
What happens if the site has a problem?
We check every day that the site is online: if it stops, we notice and step in, without waiting for you to tell us. This is included in both maintenance plans.
Does the site remain ours?
Yes: code, texts and images are yours. If one day you want to change supplier, the site goes with you.
