What working with us costs

Our starting rates, written plainly. The final figure depends on how many workstations, how many servers and how many hours you actually need, but this is where it starts, so you can gauge the order of magnitude before we even speak.

In IT support the price is never a single number, because no two companies are alike. There is an honest way to talk about it, though: say where it starts, under which formula, and what makes it go up or down. That is what this page does.

All prices exclude VAT. We work with companies, professional firms and self-employed professionals with a VAT number, with no minimum number of workstations.

IT support and cybersecurity

Three ways of working together. The first costs least per hour and covers the whole year, the last is the most expensive per hour and is used when needed. They are formulas, not sealed packages: you pick the one that fits your company.

Monthly plan

The formula we use with most of our clients. Every workstation is managed and monitored with NinjaOne: updates, disk health, memory, antivirus, alerts that reach us before the problem is visible in the office.

Prepaid hours

VAT: Every price on this page excludes VAT.
Who we work with: Companies, professional firms and self-employed professionals with a VAT number. We do not work with consumers.
Minimum workstations: None. You can start with a few workstations; what changes is the per-workstation rate.
Consulting fee credited: The €480 consulting fee is always deducted from the quote if the project goes ahead.
Outside Milan: Remote work reaches anywhere. On-site work covers Milan and Lombardy.

How much does business IT support cost?

It depends on the formula. The monthly plan starts at €13 per workstation per month, prepaid hours start at €52 an hour, and a single call-out without a contract costs €90 an hour. All prices exclude VAT.

How does the per-workstation plan work?

You pay a monthly fee for each managed workstation. The workstation is monitored with NinjaOne, updates are handled by us and remote support is included. The fee per workstation falls as the number grows: €13 is the rate for the larger fleets.

Can I get support without signing a contract?

Yes. A single call-out costs €90 an hour plus VAT and requires no contract. It is the most expensive formula per hour: anyone calling regularly spends less with prepaid hours or a monthly plan.

Is the first call paid?

No: the first call, thirty minutes to understand the need, is free. Structured consulting is a different thing: it costs €480 plus VAT for half a day and ends with a written analysis. If a project comes out of it, that amount is deducted from the quote.

Is there a minimum number of workstations?

No. There is no minimum number of workstations or hours. The only requirement is a VAT number: we do not work with consumers.

Are the AI product prices the published ones?

Yes. MyBot has a free forever plan and paid plans at €89, €159 and €199 a month. MyVoice starts at €99 a month with a free trial of 30 days or 100 minutes. MyQR for beach clubs costs €400 a year plus a one-off €200 for activation.
