1. Scope
The website www.pcdue.com is owned by PCDUE S.r.l., with registered office at Viale Sondrio 7, 20124 Milano (MI), VAT no. 14157570962. These Terms govern the use of the website and the licence to use PCDUE digital products.
By downloading, purchasing or using the digital assets, custom platforms or product templates supplied by PCDUE, including but not limited to MyBot, MyQR and MyVoice, you accept these Terms in full.
Acceptance may be given in your own name or on behalf of an organisation: in the latter case, the person accepting declares that they have the authority to do so.
2. Relationship with offers and contracts
PCDUE’s services (IT support, cybersecurity, custom software, websites) and products are also governed by the signed offer or contract, which sets out prices, payments, duration, service levels and support. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the offer or contract, the offer or contract shall prevail.
3. Who PCDUE works with
PCDUE works with businesses, public bodies, professional firms and self-employed professionals with a VAT number. It does not enter into contracts with consumers.
4. Prices and information on the website
Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. The offer or contract and the price list in force at the time of signing are binding. The information on the website is prepared with care, but it may contain inaccuracies or be out of date: before making an important decision, you should ask PCDUE to confirm it.
5. Licence and permitted uses
A single licence purchased authorises the organisation to use the specific PCDUE product within one active end project, whether personal or commercial.
You may modify the visual style, export the assets and deploy the systems in production. Full customisation to match your own brand identity is permitted.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent out or share the underlying source code with third parties
- claim original authorship of the product
- use the product or its code architecture to create competing software templates, platform themes or white-label applications intended for public download or resale
7. Ownership in projects
In software and artificial intelligence projects, data, knowledge bases and configurations belong to the client and can be exported at any time; the technology on which the solution is built remains the property of PCDUE and is licensed for use for the duration of the service. In commissioned websites, the code, text and images belong to the client, within the limits of the licences for any purchased images. The provisions of the offer or contract prevail over this clause.
8. Warranties, updates and support
Unless otherwise provided in the offer or contract, products are supplied “as is” and “as available”, without any further warranties. PCDUE carries out ongoing design and maintenance of its systems.
To the extent permitted by law, PCDUE shall not be liable for indirect damages. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code).
9. Website content and trademarks
The text, graphics, images and code of the website belong to PCDUE or to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission, except for brief quotations accompanied by a link to the page. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
10. Links to third-party websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites that PCDUE does not control: PCDUE is not responsible for their content or their operation.
11. Changes to these Terms
PCDUE may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Changes do not apply to contracts already concluded, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation, performance or termination shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, where PCDUE S.r.l. has its registered office (Viale Sondrio 7, 20124 Milano). This is without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer’s court, where applicable.
