Terms and conditions

1. Scope of application

By downloading, purchasing or using the digital assets, the customised platforms or the product templates provided by PCDUE, including but not limited to MyBot, MyQR and MyVoice, you accept these Terms in full.

Acceptance may take place in your own name or on behalf of an organisation: in the latter case, the person accepting declares that they have the authority to do so.

2. Licence and permitted uses

A single purchased licence authorises the organisation to use the specific PCDUE product within one single active end project, personal or commercial.

It is permitted to modify the graphic style, to export the assets and to publish the systems in production. Full customisation according to your own brand identity is allowed.

3. Limitations

It is not permitted to:

• resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent out or share with third parties the underlying source code
• claim original authorship of the product
• use the product or its code architecture to create competing software templates, platform themes or white label applications, intended for public download or for resale

4. Payments, updates and support

The products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. PCDUE carries out ongoing design and maintenance of the systems, but disclaims all liability for indirect damages.

PCDUE reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation, performance or termination falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, where PCDUE S.r.l. has its registered office (Viale Sondrio 7, 20124 Milano). This is without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer’s court, where applicable.

7. Language

This English text is a courtesy translation. The Italian version of these terms and conditions is the only binding one: in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Italian text prevails.
