We start from the real process and build the software around it. Sometimes that means writing an application from scratch, other times it is enough to make the systems you already have talk to each other. The right choice is the one that solves the problem with the least added complexity, and it is not always the one that earns us the most.

What is an internal AI assistant?
It is a tool for company staff, useful for finding information, checking procedures, getting practical answers and cutting down repetitive questions between colleagues.
What is an AI assistant for sales?
It is an assistant designed to help sales and marketing teams with lead qualification, replies to sales enquiries, follow-ups and preparing personalised materials.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the complexity and on the integrations needed, and it is not honest to give a figure before understanding the process. What we do is split the project into phases: the first has a set cost and produces something that works, so you can judge on the evidence whether to carry on.
How long does it take?
An integration between two systems, or an automation, is measured in one or two weeks, a custom management system in about six, a custom AI solution in four to eight. We work in successive releases: the first useful version arrives early and then grows, instead of staying invisible until final delivery.
Who owns what you develop for us?
The data, the knowledge base and the configurations are yours and you can export them whenever you like, together with the documentation: it is a condition we put in writing. The technology the solution is built on stays ours and is granted to you for use for the duration of the service.
Do you handle maintenance as well?
Yes. Software that stays in production needs updates, fixes and small changes. We handle it with a maintenance contract, or on a pay-as-you-go basis if the needs are occasional.
Do you use AI in every project?
No. AI comes in where it solves a problem that would not otherwise be solved: understanding free text, classifying requests, searching inside documents, handling conversations. Where a well-written rule is enough, a well-written rule is more reliable and costs less.
