FAQ

The questions we get asked most

The general answers are here. The specific ones are on the page for the topic they belong to, where they are actually needed.

This page collects the general questions about PCDUE and how we work. Questions tied to a particular service or product are on the page dedicated to it, alongside the rest of the information on that topic: it is more useful to read them in the right context than to find them all together in the wrong place.

General questions

What does PCDUE do?

PCDUE provides IT support, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure management, cloud services, professional hardware and artificial intelligence solutions for businesses, SMEs, professional practices and organisations.

What technology services are available?

The main services cover IT support, server and network management, cybersecurity, backup, cloud, professional hardware, operating leases and the development of AI solutions.

Can I have a single point of contact for IT, security and AI?

Yes. The aim is to be a single technology partner, managing IT support, infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware and AI solutions in a coordinated way.

What is the advantage of having an ongoing IT partner?

An ongoing partner knows the business’s infrastructure, users, problems and priorities, which reduces response times, errors, downtime and improvised technology decisions.

Can you handle both one-off projects and ongoing support?

Yes. Work can be organised as one-off jobs, specific projects, annual subscriptions or prepaid blocks of hours, depending on operational needs.

Why choose one technology partner instead of separate suppliers?

A single partner reduces fragmentation, conflicts between suppliers, management time and unclear responsibilities. IT, security, hardware and AI are coordinated from one point of view.

Do you work with private individuals as well?

No. The service is aimed at the business market: businesses, SMEs, self-employed professionals, shops, professional practices and organisations that need a structured technology partner.

What approach do you take on projects?

The approach starts from the real context: infrastructure, users, processes, existing tools, risks, priorities and business objectives.

How big is PCDUE?

We are around twenty people across systems engineers, developers, security testers, project management and administration. A size that allows specialist skills in house and, at the same time, knowing our customers by name.

How can an IT company also develop software and AI?

It is the natural path for anyone who knows the infrastructure. We started in 2021 with internal projects, using ourselves as the first customer, and the products we sell today came out of that. Developing AI without understanding systems, data and security leads to solutions that do not hold up inside a business.

Where are your offices, and do I need an appointment?

The office is at Viale Abruzzi 94 — 20131 Milan, Italy. Access is by appointment only, so that the right person is available and there is enough time to deal with your request.

How can I get in touch?

PCDUE can be contacted through the website, the contact form or by phone. Meetings at the office always need to be arranged in advance.

Can I ask for a quote?

Yes. You can request a quote for IT support, hardware, operating leases, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud or AI solutions.

Can I arrange a meeting at your office?

Yes. Meetings at the office are possible, but by appointment only. The office is at Viale Abruzzi 94 — 20131 Milan, Italy.

Can I get an assessment before buying hardware or services?

Yes. Before choosing hardware, software, IT services or AI solutions, we can look at your needs, budget, urgency, risks and priorities.

Can I start with a small project and expand it later?

Yes. Many projects can start with a focused first phase and later be extended with additional services, automation, security, infrastructure or AI.

What do you need to know to give us a useful answer?

How many people work in the business, what you use today and the concrete problem you want to solve. A few lines are enough: we will ask for the rest.

Can I start with just an initial call?

Yes. You can start with a first conversation to understand needs, problems, priorities and possible solutions before defining a job or a project.

Is the first call really free?

Yes, the first thirty minutes cost nothing. What is paid for is structured consulting, which takes real technical work: €480 plus VAT for half a day, ending with a written analysis. If a project comes out of it, that amount is deducted from the quote.

Will I end up getting sales calls after the conversation?

No. If at the end there is no room to work together, we say so and that is where it ends.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. It helps to know roughly how many workstations you have and which software is central to the work, but if you do not know we work it out together.

Can we meet you in person?

Yes, at the Milan office at Viale Abruzzi 94, by appointment. For a first conversation, though, a video call is usually quicker to arrange.
