Technology partner since 2001, now an AI partner too
Twenty-five years spent inside businesses, understanding how they really work. Everything else grows out of that.
PCDUE was founded in Milan in 2001 as a specialist in IT support for businesses. Over the years the scope widened because customers needed it, not because of a marketing strategy: first IT infrastructure, then cloud, then cybersecurity, once it became clear that none of these things could be managed separately any more.
Today we also develop artificial intelligence products and custom software. It is the step that defines us most, and it is possible precisely because of what came before: building useful AI means knowing how a business really works, where the data sits and what happens when a system stops. People who only write software imagine these things; we have seen them.

The move to a larger office in Milan, to grow the team and the work.

The group dedicated to cybersecurity is created, with its own skills rather than ones borrowed from third parties.

The official partnerships
GRENKE arrives for operating lease. From 2016 NinjaOne, Synology, SentinelOne and Google are added.

First steps with AI
Internal experiments begin in software development with artificial intelligence, using PCDUE as the first customer.

The products
MyBot, MyVoice and MyQR are released: from internal experiments to products sold to businesses.

Do you work with private individuals as well?
No. The service is aimed at the business market: businesses, SMEs, self-employed professionals, shops, professional practices and organisations that need a structured technology partner.
What approach do you take on projects?
The approach starts from the real context: infrastructure, users, processes, existing tools, risks, priorities and business objectives.
How big is PCDUE?
We are around twenty people across systems engineers, developers, security testers, project management and administration. A size that allows specialist skills in house and, at the same time, knowing our customers by name.
How can an IT company also develop software and AI?
It is the natural path for anyone who knows the infrastructure. We started in 2021 with internal projects, using ourselves as the first customer, and the products we sell today came out of that. Developing AI without understanding systems, data and security leads to solutions that do not hold up inside a business.
