Frequently asked questions
Are they free?
Yes, except WinRAR: you can try it, then it asks for a licence. Zoom and Teams are free for basic meetings, and Bitwarden is free for a personal account. The others on this page are free.
Why does the file not download from pcdue.com?
If we hosted it, it would stay on one version. From the maker’s site you always get the latest.
Do they all work on a Mac?
No. Windows only: WinRAR, 7-Zip, PDF24, Everything, iCloud, PowerToys, ShareX, Ditto and Notepad++. The others are available for Windows and Mac.
Where do I start?
A browser, a PDF reader and a program for archives are usually enough. The others are only for when you need them. If you are not sure which one, call us.
How do I install a downloaded program?
Press Download, then get the file from the official site. Open it from the Downloads folder and follow the steps. Windows and Mac may ask for confirmation: that is normal.
