Many businesses put off talking to an IT supplier because they fear it will turn into a quote straight away. This is not that kind of meeting: it is thirty minutes to understand the situation, put the priorities in order and say clearly what is urgent, what can wait and what is not needed at all.
There is no need to prepare documents or to know what to ask for. Knowing what is not working today is enough.

Frequently asked questions
Can I start with just an initial call?
Yes. You can start with a first conversation to understand needs, problems, priorities and possible solutions before defining a job or a project.
Is the first call really free?
Yes, the first thirty minutes cost nothing. What is paid for is structured consulting, which takes real technical work: €480 plus VAT for half a day, ending with a written analysis. If a project comes out of it, that amount is deducted from the quote.
Will I end up getting sales calls after the conversation?
No. If at the end there is no room to work together, we say so and that is where it ends.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to know roughly how many workstations you have and which software is central to the work, but if you do not know we work it out together.
Can we meet you in person?
Yes, at the Milan office at Viale Abruzzi 94, by appointment. For a first conversation, though, a video call is usually quicker to arrange.
