When is an IT assessment useful?
It is useful when the infrastructure has grown without control, when there are recurring problems, doubts about security or new investments to plan.
How do you measure the value of an AI project?
Value is measured through time saved, fewer errors, response speed, service quality, leads generated, internal productivity, less manual work and better information management.
Can I start with a small AI project?
Yes. It is often better to start from a precise, measurable, high-impact use case, and then extend AI to other departments or processes once the first results are in.
What mistakes should be avoided in an AI project?
The most common mistakes are starting without a clear objective, using disorganised data, not defining responsibilities, leaving out human supervision and expecting AI to automatically fix badly designed processes.
Is the first discussion really free?
Yes. It is 30 minutes to understand the situation, with no obligation and no cost. The in-depth analysis of the IT environment, which takes real technical work, is paid for: €480 plus VAT for half a day, ending with a written analysis, deducted from the quote if a project comes out of it.
Are you independent in the choices you propose?
We work with several manufacturers and are official partners of some, which gives us direct technical support and better terms for clients. When a solution is not suitable we say so, even when it is one we resell.
Can you work alongside an in-house IT manager?
Yes, and it is a way of working together that works well. We bring specialist skills and hands-on capacity for specific projects, while the knowledge of the business stays where it already is.
Can you also help us assess quotes from other suppliers?
Yes. Reading a technical quote and working out what it really includes, what is missing and what costs will arrive later is one of the most frequent requests we receive.
