Natural conversation
It answers by voice, understands what the person is asking and replies with correct information, with no waiting and no selection trees to work through.
MyVoice
An AI voice assistant that answers calls in a natural voice, takes bookings and appointments, and passes anyone who needs a person to the right department.
A missed call is gone for good. Someone who calls a restaurant, a practice or an office and gets no answer does not leave a message: they call the next number. At peak times, exactly when you are busiest, the phone is also what brings in the most work.
MyVoice answers after hours and while you are already on the phone, with natural conversation and not with a menu of buttons to press. It handles recurring requests all the way through, collects the information that is needed and passes the call to a person only when that is really necessary.
MyVoice is not one switchboard for everyone: it is the technology on which we build assistants already trained on a specific sector. Today there are two products live: one for restaurants and hospitality, one for businesses and support.
Every business has its own phone assistant, trained on the calls and the requests of its sector.
What happens while you are working.
CallerGood evening, I’d like to book a table for Saturday night.
MyVoiceOf course. For how many people, and at what time?
CallerFour people, at nine.
Booking saved
It answers by voice, understands what the person is asking and replies with correct information, with no waiting and no selection trees to work through.
It takes bookings, sets appointments and records the customer details during the conversation, writing them where you go to look for them.
It integrates with CRMs, management systems and calendars to pull information in real time and write back what it collects.
It understands the reason for the call, qualifies the request and forwards it to the right person with the context already collected.
A phone assistant only really works if it knows the trade of the person answering. On top of MyVoice we have built two separate products, each with its own number, its own subscription and its own procedures.
It answers when the dining room cannot. It takes the booking following your availability rules and leaves your staff working at the moment they are needed most.

Support

It depends on the situation. It can handle many simple, repetitive requests, but for complex cases, emergencies, complaints or sensitive requests it is better to hand over to a person.
Yes, if it is connected to a calendar or a booking system. It can gather availability, offer time slots and record the request according to the business’s rules.
Yes. It can produce call summaries, highlighting requests, important details, urgent items, follow-ups and information useful to the team. With MyVoice, summaries are included in the Plus plan.
No, they are two separate products. Each account is for one or the other, with its own number, its own procedures and its own subscription.
Yes, and it is stated. As well as being the right thing to do towards the caller, it is also what the European rules on transparency of AI systems require.
No. MyVoice sits alongside the existing system: it can answer every call, only the calls outside office hours, or only when nobody answers within a set time.
Yes, it handles conversations in different languages, recognising the one the caller is speaking. It is useful for accommodation providers and for businesses with customers abroad.
It passes the call to a person, carrying over what it has already collected. Whoever picks up does not have to start again from the usual questions.
